What is Elevate Rx?
Elevate Rx is a leading metabolic health company committed to revolutionizing the approach to weight loss. Our program combines personalized GLP-1 medication prescribed by licensed physicians with 1:1 video coaching and lifestyle adjustments to help achieve at least 10% weight loss.
Our program is backed by a renowned Clinical Advisory Board, and Elevate Rx is the first and only program built on GLP-1 medications to publish clinically-reviewed results for its members.
On average, Elevate Rx members have successfully lost 15% of their body weight.
What will my virtual doctor visit look like?
Your initial doctor appointment with your Elevate Rx physician will be conducted via video and will last approximately 30 minutes.
During this appointment, your physician will thoroughly review your medical history and lab results and provide you with personalized recommendations for your treatment plan.
If you have any questions about the GLP-1 medication prescribed by Elevate Rx physicians, your health history, or what to expect during your time with Elevate Rx, you can ask your physician during this appointment.
Can I pause my membership and pick up where I left off?
Yes. If you need to take a break for any reason, you can pause the monthly membership with no additional cost. And if you’d like to resume at any later point, you can pick back up where you left off.
Is this available in all 50 states?
We are currently in most states.
The states that we cannot provide GLP-1 medications for are: Hawaii, Missouri, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Delaware, Vermont, California, Oklahoma, and Washington D.C.
Do I need a referral from my doctor to join Elevate Rx?
Nope! You can definitely have your doctor prescribe GLP-1 medications through Elevate Rx.
If you don’t have a doctor in your state who can prescribe GLP-1 medications – take our eligibility quiz and schedule a consultation with one of our providers.
Do you require lab work?
Labs help your Clinician to better understand your medical history and the best treatment path for you.
If you’ve recently done lab work, you can upload it for your Clinician. If you don’t have recent labs, your Clinician will order you a metabolic lab panel which you can complete at a LabCorp location.
