Elevate Rx is a leading metabolic health company committed to revolutionizing the approach to weight loss. Our program combines personalized GLP-1 medication prescribed by licensed physicians with 1:1 video coaching and lifestyle adjustments to help achieve at least 10% weight loss.

Your initial doctor appointment with your Elevate Rx physician will be conducted via video and will last approximately 30 minutes.
During this appointment, your physician will thoroughly review your medical history and lab results and provide you with personalized recommendations for your treatment plan.

Yes. If you need to take a break for any reason, you can pause the monthly membership with no additional cost. And if you’d like to resume at any later point, you can pick back up where you left off.
We are currently in most states.
We cannot provide GLP-1 medication to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, *Ohio, Tenessee, *Texas, Vermont, West Virgina.

Nope! You can definitely have your doctor prescribe GLP-1 medications through Elevate Rx.
If you don’t have a doctor in your state who can prescribe GLP-1 medications – take our eligibility quiz and schedule a consultation with one of our providers.
No. Our providers are here as a support in your weight loss journey. If you do join our program, you will have access to a monthly visit with your provider included in your membership.
Elevate Rx does provide access to complete telehealth services at a discounted rate for our members.
Labs help your Clinician to better understand your medical history and the best treatment path for you.
If you’ve recently done lab work, you can upload it for your Clinician. If you don’t have recent labs, your Clinician will order you a metabolic lab panel which you can complete at a LabCorp location.
